His work focuses on several core objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Performance benchmarking:<\/strong> Measuring and comparing welding outcomes delivered by a human operator versus a collaborative robot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hardware optimization:<\/strong> Designing a specialized welding fixture for the Cobot to enhance repeatability and accelerate cycle times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality validation:<\/strong> Conducting both non-destructive and destructive tests to verify weld integrity with precision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workplace improvement:<\/strong> Assessing reductions in health risks and operator strain by shifting ergonomically demanding tasks to robotic systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>At EVP\u00da a.s., we recognize that collaboration with the academic sector is a key driver of innovation and a pathway toward a safer, more resilient Industry 4.0 environment.
